a combination of up-to-date technology and traditional
hand-made methods of fabrication.

design store Habitat which commissioned
kathy dalwood to create the collection setsquares,
comprising vases and decorative wall panels. These were

planters from the Cast Collection,
Modernist range, were selected for the seminal exhibition at the
RIBA Gallery "Hardcore
- Concrete's Rise from Utility to Luxury" and subsequently
featured in the book Concrete Design
by Sarah Gaventa (Pub. Mitchell Beazley)
Both authors write
in detail about the collection, looking at the design themes and exploration
of material as well as the collections' placement in the current design
arena.
